Hello! I'm a seasoned UX & Product Design Leader with 10+ years experience in navigating the universe of business challenges with end-to-end human-centered design best practices. I specialized in orchestrating cross-functional silo-breaking collaboration, clearing the path for results-drive UX team work. 

A husband and father who is passionate about learning through teaching and mentoring. Based in North Dallas, TX.

Through a discovery engagement, I help organizations visualize high ROI customer problems through strategic research, producing simple to understand artifacts e.g. experience maps, service blueprints, opportunity maps.

Design

I provide end-to-end design execution from concepts to development ready artifacts e.g. user flows, prototypes, usability results, production designs, and design systems.

Leadership

From design team coaching to executive workshop facilitation & storytelling. I am adept in communicating complexity into simple terms, deep diving when needed.
